Description
Unlimited lessons to P2 rating (Full 6 months to complete), then Red Tail modules for Ridge Soaring and Mountain / Thermal Flying after P2 achieved.
Unlimited training to the P2/ “USHPA Novice” rating. Continued support for P2 graduates (free exams, sponsorship at new sites, observations, continuing education) for ratings above this (P3, P4, etc) Equipment is included for each lesson. Also included is up to $800 discount for new equipment package.
(Lessons must be completed within 6 months of 1st lesson)
This is the package for you if you want to have a solid set of basics. This course generally takes students between 8 and 15 lessons, but there is no limit to the how many are included up to 6 months. The time course completion takes can vary. The main factors are the frequency of lessons, the weather on lesson attempts, the student’s learning aptitude, and how much a student studies between lessons.
The Condor package then adds two more advanced modules, one for Ridge Soaring and one for thermal and mountain flying. The Ridge Soaring course leverages the basic P2 skills, and the student learns to stay up for longer flights at a coastal soaring cliff, risk management in this environment and how to top land. Then a 2 – 3 day mountain trip is done where the P2 pilot learns how to soar in thermals and a mountain environment
If you are not sure if you are ready to “fully commit”, you can simply do 2 or 3 one day lessons and up to 3 can pro-rate towards this package. Please call if you have any questions.
