Before reading the below, it is normal to not fully understand much of the information in some of the articles.   This is normal and expected, but what you are exposed to will increase the learning when you do the physical, on the hill, training. Re-reading articles after a lesson day will really help you absorb the key points of each article.  Studies have shown that using some visualization is better than 50% as good as physical practice, so try this too.
